first answer to prayer

Had my first answer to prayer Monday 10/10/16. 
Thursday 10/6 I sent out my normal reminder that I will be out of office 10/14 to 10/24 back to work on the 25th.  Friday when I got into work I was meet with an email that my vacation time hadnt been approved.  I have changed teams 3 times in the last 3 months.  The last team I was only there 2 weeks before I was asked to help another team.  It seams the team leader, of the initial team, removed me from the system and my record of vacation request was gone.
The company I work for is based out of Israel and employs many Indians.  Christian efforts are not sympathized with.  I pleaded my case and just Monday they gave me approval for my vacation time.

The question is:
Was I worried?
